Price includes shipping regular US Post. If you want insurance or delivery confirmation, it will be added into the price. I have no control if or when or the Post Office pays up on the insurance. The light will ship without batteries for safety and weight.
One tidbit of info that may not be well known is that this light can be used in momentary or constant on by removing the black "washer" that separates the the two bottom sections. Result: tighten down for constant on, loosen slightly for momentary push button activation. These instructions are in the manual BTW.
Yes, standard P60 but it will also take an LED drop-in. No baton included just what is in the photo. I can tell you it works with a standard ASP baton attached.
