Notes:
(1) yes, with spacer
(2) yes, with adaptor (such as wires with alligator clips)
(3) yes, but it will take a long time due to low charging current
(4) no, charging current is too high
(5) only in pairs, otherwise charging current may be too high
(6) only one charging channel, so the charging current will be split when it charges two cells at once (see note 5); the DSD charging current depends on the 'wall wart' transformer that is used, the normal stock unit seems to be 350-400mA but some people have used transformers with higher current ratings
(7) dual independent channels, so if two cells are charged they will both see the rated charging current; the UltraFire WF-138 charging current is 250mA per channel; an Additional Feature of the WF-138 is a 4.2V / 3.6V selector for charging 3.7V or 3.0V LiIon cells ( the recessed switch is designed so you won't accidentially move the setting, you'll have to use a paper clip to change the setting manually )
(8) dual independent channels, so if two cells are charged they will both see the rated charging current; the UltraFire WF-139 charging current is 450mA per channel
(9) The 10280 cell is a shortened AAA cell that has the diameter of an AAA cell but the length of an N cell
