Lumapower, does the Connexion X2 use the same Led Q5 WD as the previous model Connexion does?
I like the slightly warmer white tint that the original Connexion has, so I'm wondering how the tint compares with the X2 version.

Also can the Connexion X2 tailstand like the original Connexion?

The new Lumapower ConneXion X2 comes with Q5-WC.

And it is tailstand when power-on.

Thank you Ricky (Lumapower), so just to confirm, the original ConneXion has the Q5 WD bin LED and The ConneXion X2 has the Q5 WC bin LED.
So the X2 has a cooler tint when compared to the original. Is this correct?

Ity is correct, the new ConneXion X2 is more close to pure white side and the ConneXion is in warmer tint.

Ricky (Lumapower), it was mentioned that the Connexion X2 will be able to be modified with another LED because the LED is accessible.
How difficult would it be if I wanted to replace the Q5 WC LED with a Q3 5A LED?
I would have someone who is skilled in this type of modification swap out the LED (if even possible), but just want to know how easy or difficult it would be.

I would be willing to pay someone who is capable and willing to do this. Please contact me if anyone is interested.

The clicky looks like it might not be that easy to fully click since it's recessed/flush. Is there a way to either use an aftermarket rubber cap or some way to move the clicky out more? I don't plan to tailstand it.

You can use the 14 mm caps from DX. $2.5 will get you a 12 pack or so.

Look at ernsanada's review to see that he did this already (I did also, but switched back because i like to tailstand).

Ordered mine from Bat Junction. Didnt come with Holster.

Just Ordered another from Battery Junction Would like to get a holster.

Chadvone - That was an oversight - all ConneXion X2's are now shipping with a holster. If you ordered an X2 from us and didn't get a holster please email customerservice AT batteryjunction.com referencing your order number and requesting a holster and we'd be happy to ship it.

Connexion X2 well received.

The tint of the beam is very slightly cooler than the one of Connexion but I would still consider it on the warm side.

Surface finish definitely improved.

Refer to Turbo Force :
1. We have turbo Force for ConneXion and IncenDio (V1, V2) but not for ConneXion X2 and EncoRE, because they are in TypeIII HA.
2. Will consider to offer Turbo Force in TypeIII HA for both EncoRE and ConneXion X2.
