Au Jeers to LCK

On June 30th
I paid for an order of 110 65k leds, 100 3mm leds (white)
100 3mm UV leds all for $57.
I tried emailing them at lck_workshop@(censored).(censored)
But no reply either.
LCK still has my leds and my money at this point.
The longest I ever had an international order take was 4 weeks from India.
Now it is longer than that.

Anyone else dealing with LCK have any ideas on other ways I can contact them?

Contact them through the eBay "ask this seller a question" interface.

It is just possible that your LEDS were shipped in a timely manner and are just held up in shipping or even customs. I have had international orders take three month to arrive, even though they were sent via air mail.

My LCK LEDS took about three weeks.

While my orders from guys like AW and Emillion usually show up very quickly, my experience is that that is the exception rather than the rule.

I wouldn't get too worried for another week or so.

Mmmh... I remember these guys; when I tried to contact them, I kept getting messages in ineligible characters with the short english message saying that their account had reached their space limit. I tried again a few times and they finally did respond once but that's the only time it went through as their mailbox seemed full again in a few hours.

I ordered some from another seller and nearly six weeks later I get a "Third and final notice" from the Post Office. They were bringing them to my door and not leaving a notice of attempted delivery. At least not until the final one!

Good luck. Hope they show soon.

let's keep our hopes up as I'll be offering the 3mm ones as excellent minimag replacements.

Maybe my case was atypical but I ordered 100 12,000 mcd warm whites a few weeks ago. By mistake I received the regular whites so I contacted them. Last week I received the proper LEDs and they didn't even ask me to send the other ones back, so in effect I got 100 free LEDs. I can excuse the mistake because the warm whites are a fairly new product differing only in one letter from the part number for the regular whites.

Hey 3rd,

Squeaky wheel and all that. Have you tried an email barrage or an email from an address from other than the one you've used in the past with them? If you paid CC or Paypal, protest it.

Good luck,

Seven years later after original thread:
LCK has now left ebay and set up his own website. He had the best prices and I ordered 30 UV LEDs on January 3, 2012. Well after the due date, the order had not shown up. After repeated unanswered emails and initiating a Paypal complaint, he finally replied, suggested I look in the bushes by the door. After more emails, he finally agreed to the order on 2/13. After three weeks and no confirmation that he actually had sent it when I inquired, it came yesterday, March 5, 2012, two months later. It came requiring delivery confirmation, which required that I drive to the post office.
In the meantime I ordered from another supplier(Amazool), which arrived in a timely manner. I now have plenty of extra LEDs for my parts box.
I do understand that there may be problems and delays with overseas shipments, but that isn't my fault. The vendor should be willing to make sure the customer gets the order. He did eventually come through, but I will not deal with him again.

Hi there sharpstick,

As per your previous post I am just trying to work out why LCK "suggested I look in the bushes by the door", and you never mentioned if you did end up looking in that location and what the result was. Seems like a mighty strange thing for him to say so tell me, is he in control of all his faculties.

Sincerely Yours
Phil Ament
