I hope my kidding around with Windstrings/BVH in some of the spotlight topics doesn't get into this category, because I have the utmost respect for this forum, and all that must be done to keep it running.

I have one question that I tried finding the correct procedure for, and that is if I want to report a thread that seems to be going nowhere and possibly closed, like this linked example. Something like that is a low priority, and I don't want to add stuff for moderators/admins that is not needed.

I'm glad you made this post, because this is actually the first time I went and read the posting rules completely. I never knew of your limit for posted images to be no larger than 800x800 until reading it now.

The rules and moderator intervention of this board are precisely why I like it more than any of my other forums. Even though I like cars, I find myself hating searching through all the personal garbage and doubleposts to get to the meat of the issues. Up until recently, that wasn't really present here. Thanks Greta for being so clear, in the last year I have been on CPF and CPF Marketplace constantly, with enormous pleasure

This is not a hobby anymore... it has become an addiction
I'm at my work right now, looking at two Surefires in front of me... guarding them with my life, as colleagues constantly want to borrow them....

I've indeed become "enlightened" first, then I became a "flashaholic", you couldn't have invented a better word for it!
Now I know, there's a whole lot more behind a flashlight than the standard Mag, which I always regarded as "the best"

From CPF Marketplace, I bought numerous flashlights. It was a pleasure to deal with other members, even when they are living far, far away from me (I live in the Netherlands....)

I hope you can keep up the good work, and yes, I read the rules numerous times, and I always try to keep them in mind constantly! I learned over time, that certain things regarded as "quite normal" in the Netherlands, are just "not done" on this forum.... sometimes kindly said by other members, and occasionally by a moderator. Now I'm wiser, haven't seen a warning since ages, and have good conversations about the SF M6 with DM51
