Here it is. Left to right:
T2B3GO (green/orange, a sample for myself without drilling side holes), T2B3 which I purposely remove the SS bearing swivel and TSRL so I can keep them closer, T1B3 (ditto), then SB3I.

I'll take an rb3 and Trit, green. Is $16 for the Trit, installed or just for installation fee (ie add $18 for Trit)? I'll use the $3 shipping.

Does the SB3 come with the vial already fixed to the pendant? If so, I'd like 2 of them:
#1 SB3 with Green trit vial
#2 SB3 with Ice Blue trit vial
    Is this correct? $19 + $19 + $3 shipping = $41

If the vial isn't fixed, I'd add in the NOA61.

Hi Gunga, Sorry that I revised some of the trit prices as I brought attention of my supplier...haha. Guess I should not and would not mess up with other trit sellers. So, it is $18 for T3. RB3 is blank without trit. Installation of a trit (T3, 9 colors for your choice) costs the same. I have an UV light source that fixes NOA61 in about 20 seconds. If you purchase NOA61, you can have fun yourself rather than I have all the joy on DIY them.

No, SB3 is blank 316 stainless steel pendant with all necessary accessories EXCEPT a trit vial. It says "no trit installed yet". Thanks.

So if I buy rb3 and green Trit for 19 + 18 + 3 shipping you can install the Trit? If so, I'll take it. Will get more trits later (next order).

    I'll send PayPal shortly.

    Indeed it does. Sorry

    In that case, I will take 1 SB3 with Green trit vial. $19 + $18 + $3 shipping = $40

    Thanks,

light on for mostly T410 and T420, then some samples

    light off

zoom in for lower right corner of T410. You may notice that they are slightly shorter than 10mm. All vials have the sealed ends slightly invisible as that is glass tube laser sealed.

From the picture, you can see there are 6x100mm (approx.) and 7x50mm. But comparing to those T420, the brightness is not as good as T420. Those are samples and the filling pressure may not be set at standard (not maximum but the best performance). I normally do not sell them because those are not official items but samples for some particular cases or inquiries I may have. Take same size say 6x100mm, the filling pressure can be different causing the price to be different, ditto to brightness. The maximum brightness one can be more than double of the 50% bright one. Any length and size can be produced, literally. Only it is not economic if you are just buying a few pieces. There are certain fee to charge you and time to wait. If you intend to go for any plan that requires certain sizes, please feel free to PM me and I will answer you more. Thanks. Daniel

I'd say that they are filled in standard pressure. I am not sure if it is correct or not, I feel that T420 is brighter (at least more visible) than T3 (3x22.5mm) though shorter. Sorry, no brightness data from my vial supplier.

    Hey Daniel,

You said your UV light source can cure Norland in 20 seconds? I have one of these light engines and want to know if it can cure it just as fast

    http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/...ight-offerings

I just want to make sure it's COMPLETELY cured, if not they get foggy when you put them in your pockets.

This light source looks better than mine 20 seconds was what the seller told me and since I applied very small amount of NOA61 on the acrylic housing, so the condition for UV light to go through is great. It only consumes 40W, I normally let it on for 1 minute or 2.

    46cm (L) x 12cm (W) x 8cm (H)

I would be glad to know the result after you receive your order and test with your UV LE. I guess the spot effect should be way better than my incandescent type source one.

    Hi desther,
Verry much interested with your products but i want it to do it my self.
Problem is i dont have a uv light source for curring NOA61. Do you have
any friends who sells this. A good UV flashlight will do or any thing you
want to share with me on how to build a UV light source with 365 nm
    wavelength.
    Thanks,
    Cris

    Hi Cris,

Hmmmmm I noticed that NOA61 was recommended to be applied on your object, then put it beside the windows. I know it might take hours or perhaps longer. I tried a camera flash once and it did not work at all after I flashed it no less than 50 or 100 times....hahaha. I gave up and bought this 40W source.

Sorry that I do not have friends who sell this, I bought it from local auction site. I noticed that fixed prices of a Nichia 5mm UV LED (365nm) is around US$7.50 and $65 for a 3W 365nm UV LED. Also there is Philips 4W 365nm light tube costs only $7.60 or so. If you can get one of that and have its power supply unit, you should be able to set up a smaller one similar to mine. Mine costs me about US$175.

Wonder if I can help further. Anyhow, please feel free to let me know.
    Daniel

After what I said above, I tried to find the seller's listing. He has a 13W UV light source with top aluminum casing (21cm x 12cm x 8cm) costs only $55 or so. Here is the link, but please be aware of that the listing is in CHINESE...

For order over 3cc, that is $4x4(cc)+$3 shipping = $19.
Sounds like you wish me to bottle them in 4 x 1cc ? No problem.

I got my package today and I'm very pleased. Everything was packaged securely in foam and the address label was clear and professionally done. (Those who've purchased items from overseas before will know what I mean when I say that isn't always the case )

The metal workmanship is very good and the vials are bright and flawless. Here are a couple of cellphone shots taken in my office with the lights on but no flash. SB3G on the left, RB3G on the right.

    Thanks Daniel!
