    I just wanted to say thank you for taking care of with me recent purchase. I spoke with Trevor and he sent me a replacement tail cap straight away. Light works proper now.

    I also had an issue with a preon, and then an problem with what turned out to be
    the local mail service.

    The people at 4sevens went above and beyond to help me out and thanks to that
    i did eventually recieve all the things i ordered.

    I ordered a HCRI Satin Ti Preon 2 today and also ordered the Preon 1 and Preon 2 bodies - both in Satin Ti as well. I asked for the bodies to be tested with the light to ensure the light would be functional with all the extra Ti bodies.

    A few hours later FourSevens sent me an email confirming that they had tested the light with the two bodies and there were no compatibility issues. The light and bodies had been shipped out immediately after.

    There are very few places you can get that kind of customer service!

    Just wanted to add another Kudo's to 4Sevens customer service. An item was mistakenly omitted on one of my deliveries and CS (Trevor) more than made up for it. 4/7s customer service and warranty, esp. with its US-base, is what keeps me buying 4/7s over any other foreign make.

    I too have had great customer service from them, it's not just about the products, it's about the people behind them.
