I'm good with ordering directly from you. Thanks!

EDIT: Still want 10, up from the 5 you have me down for.

I'm also fine ordering directly from you. Still want 10 bare, 15 if you can spare it.

I'm still in for my dozen bare emitters and would prefer getting them direct from you if possible.
    Thanks,

I would like to do what's easiest for everyone, but I would like to ensure that the 10 that I opted in for will be available when they arrive. If IlluminationSupply can reserve the 10, then I don't mind ordering from them.

I have a feeling that these leds will be in high demand and supply low.

    Arek,
I'm not concerned about who I get them from, just happy that they're available. I appreciate you guys doing the heavy lifting with this buy and making them available for us little guys.
If you decide to transfer your emitters to Craig perhaps you could set aside the quantity members who've posted here have interest in and then they can either complete the purchase from Craig or opt out.
I fear this opportunity could slip through our fingers if we have to get in line again.
Either way, I'm still in for 10!

I would be happy to get the bare emitters directly from you Arek, but it is perfectly fine if you decide to hand them over to Craig for distribution. I'll keep checking here to see what is going to happen.

Ok guys, it seem like it really got complicated. I will try keep any future “brilliant” ideas to myself .

To keep it simple assume I will sell bare emitters in the order from interest list to whoever will still want them when I have them.

If you want bare and MCPCB and would prefer one order (e.g., because you are in Australia) contact me or Craig and see if it can be arranged.

I'd still prefer bare emitters, and will stick with you.

Is Craig selling bare emitters? I took a quick look at his thread and only saw mounted options...

I'd still like the bare emitters and at the end of the day okay ordering from whomever. I know the work that goes into a Group Buy from one I did a while back - especially if you don't have any workflow software to track ordering the process, so a big thank you for your time and efforts.

I have a question - is the quantity of this order limit by supply or just by the size of the order placed. It seems there are many more LEDs desired than available and I was just wondering if you could place a bigger order?

Please keep me down for the 5 I requested. (I'll still take 10 if they are available)

    Thanks!

It was one time order for me. I still see it as a favor regardless of what person I ordered from is saying.
Most likely I can't get more at the same terms.
I hope Craig will be able to supply enough of these LEDs.

Please read my post above. If you want bare and mounted this would be a best option for you.

Your situation is exactly why we figured that this may be a best way to handle current situation. It does not make sense to get 5 bare emitters from me and pay shipping to Germany and 2 mounted from Craig and pay shipping again.
Ok, thanks for the offer, but I will take 7 from you. How much would shipping it with tracking cost?

Yeah I definitely agree with Z-Tab. What your doing is really great and it allows a lot more people to have really great high-cri lights.

    Thanks anyway for the effort.

According to tracking info I should have emitters tomorrow by the end of the day. I will post info here then. I will also update first post and include info about voltage and flux rank.

I will be away Friday to Monday but I will try to send as much as possible before I leave. I.e., I will not have an access to computer starting Thursday evening until Monday evening. Sorry about that.

The_Driver, about shipping to Germany with tracking I’m not sure what would be a best option.
Looks like International Priority Small Box cannot have tracking number. According to info on www.usps.com Medium can have it added but it is expensive by itself ($46). UPS and Fedex may be even more expensive.
As I wrote in first post I will be shipping from Saddle Brook, NJ 07663. I’m open to suggestions about shipping. It would speed up whole process if I don’t have to do a research for everybody abroad

Shipping to Europe is only trackable when using Express Mail International at the USPS.

Your other private options are more expensive.

Never ever use UPS to Europe. Handling fees = extortion. Know this.

EMI USPS envelope is 41USD approx. to Norway, for example. Door to door in under 7-10 working days. That is the best you can do in an "every package needs customs check and a fee" world. Occasionally it can be as short as 5 days, though not often less than 7.

What I have done over the last 2-3 years selling the PhD-M6 packs is to use Priority Mail International - about $14-15 worldwide. So far (knock on wood!) 100% reliable.

Priority Mail only recently lost it's 'track-ability' recently. Before the recent price increase, they discontinued the service aboard. I too was a huge fan of it. Furthermore, the standard Priority International box is no longer 14-15USD worldwide as I understand it.

Not arguing, just discussing. I learned this the hard way within of month of this change, losing a 500USD gift knife from a friend sent to Norway using PI-USPS.

Oh man, sorry to hear about the lost shippment.

The package that I have been sending worldwide is the USPS International Priority, using the Small Flat Rate Box. So far (although I have not shipped one of these in the last month or two) has been about $14-15 for most countries worldwide. I am aware that there has been some recent changes, so those might have gone up a lot more, so my apologies if that is the case.

Either way, the Small Flat Rate Box is not trackable either, which is of course risky. What I have been doing on "pricey" stuff is adding the insurance option, which even for international is not too much.
