    WHY NO CREDIT CARDS OR PAYPAL ?
    "hi mrtedbear, this xyz from cpf. I have to cancel my order; the
    transmission went out on truck, so I need money...

    the bank statement indicated that I was overdrawn. Not possible as
    I keep a minimum $1,500 in the account for no other reason than to
    avoid the $20 monthly service fee. Well, what if there is a PayPal
    charge back ?

    in both instances I was caught "holding the bag". I ended up reselling
    the light, and eventually got paid (3 momnths later)

    the point is, I am not a dealer making $400-500 profit therefore
    no reason to put myself at risk for a $1,000 light

    Wow! That's a great price for a brand new unit. Kinda surprising they would do this for that many units, etc.


    Are they brand new lights or refurbished units?


    If there is a warranty issue will Polarion USA (Ken Good) or Usa distributors handle the problem or do these units have to be sent to Korea if there is a problem.

    New units only. No rebuilds no refurbished

    Warranty is through Polarion Korea though I can/will help facilitate. Battery or charger no biggee, but if the light fails, it would have to go back to the factory. Afaik none of the dealers are able to replace ballasts etc

    I'm rather lucky in that I don't have to make up excuses! I enjoy my hobbies and buy hobby things and she enjoys her hobbies and buys her hobby things! But for some reason, I guess I still have to justify it to myself. I think it's left over from being brought up by my parents - dad especially. He was very frugal and imparted that gift to all of us kids. Glad he did! But I still have a tinge of guilt when I buy things! It's all his fault.

    Ti Titanium open wire mesh used to protect the glass lens.

    For this GB, accessories are not available separately.

    Yes Polarion makes an IR filter, but very expensive ($260 ? or something like that). Was told they are hard to come by (2-3 months ??)
