Been dead here since 8PM/three hours ago, and as is usually the case, I've been searching the multiple places where there could be an announcement or discussion, only to wind up in some new place I wouldn't have thought to look, where there is no announcement and very little discussion. Bring back Lifeline already..

Haven't been able to log on CPF for at least 4 hours. But there's no message indicating maintenance or anything.

At one time they would cross post messages when CPF or CPFM went down but now it seems that we are just left in the dark.

I have been busy for most of the day with a crashed PC and other personal issues. I have been checking in with the forums every couple hours and just noticed CPF down a couple of hours ago. I exhausted all of my capabilities and no go. I am in contact with the server host now and they are working on it. No estimate on when it will be fixed.

I agree. When I can't get on one or the other for more than a few minutes, I always go to the other to see if there is a message indicating a problem. Thus the benefit of having separate servers. No updates here today.

I have been having frequent connection issues with MP lately. Both on the computer and on Tapatalk.

I have also found myself double posting when I never had that issue before.

I wasn't on the computer yesterday evening or all day today until this evening because of the holiday, but when I went to load CPF at 9:57 P.M. Eastern, it loaded nearly instantly. I opened up a couple sub-forums, and they too loaded right away, which is a definite .

I am too tired now to check the usual sub-forums at greater length, but there was no trace of the funny "STOP" issue at all, and everything loaded very quickly.

TMG, I would think that from a diagnosis perspective, knowing exactly when the outages occurred could be helpful when looking for errors. I don't know anything about server maintainance but that was my supposition, and the only reason I have bothered to post in regard to when I have had problems. If that information is of no use, then yes I suppose this thread has outlived its function.
