ADAPTERS: Vital Gear E2C adapters, black. These adapters let you use drop-ins with E-series bodies. Put the adapter on the e-series body, add a bezel and a drop–in and you’re good to go.

FITMENT/COMPATIBILITY: Vital Gear flashlight bodies accept E-series incandescent or LED heads: E1E, E1B, E2E, E2L, KX2, KL4, and many others. With the adapter, you can run any P60 style drop in. (Malkoff, Nailbender, Oveready, etc.) Please use proper type and number of cells, see disclaimer.

BATTERIES: Vital Gear flashlight bodies accept 16340, CR123A or RCR123 batteries.
FB1 accepts 1 cell.
FB2 accepts 2 cells. (Or a 17670, not an 18650.)
FB3 accepts 3 cells. (Or two AA batteries.)

NOTES: Vital Gear flashlight bodies and adapters are new/mint. (NOS)
Vital Gear Code: FB = Flashlight Body. 1, 2, or 3= number of cells. BK= black. HA= Hard Anodized.
Vital Gear flashlight bodies and adapters are shipped without batteries.

PM replied. Thanks for the question. As Vital Gear Sales (Pt. 7) is just getting underway, a couple of things should be noted. All of the E2C BK adapters are black. A perfect matched set of FB2 + E2C, , will only be available to the first buyer of the black 2 x CR123 flashlight body. (There is only one FB2 BK available for this run.) There are several FB2 HA bodies available and the HAIII of the Vital Gear matches the HA III found on popular e-series heads,as shown in the second post of this thread. (VG FB1 HA + SF KL4) Of course the Vital Gear one cell flashlight bodies, FB1, are available in black, and compliment the type II black anodizing of the E2C adapters perfectly. Hmmm I still may get one. Hopefully there will be some left by payday. Running Steves' e-series dropins off of 2AA's is a very appealing thought..... I suppose I could paint it with the proper paint....

Vital Gear FB3's are only available in HA. Cerakote finishing and plating are options offered on CPF proper. Below is an example of chrome plating on a Vital Gear FB1. (Thanks to Cuso.)
