Brighter? I almost can't see how it WOULDN'T be. Throw as well? That remains to be seen, but i doubt that's what it is being made to do.

Yea that's what I was thinking as well, I'm sure it will win by the specs. I'd love to see a side by side comparison of them one day.

Can you label what these top/bottom pics are showing, and what the brighter/darker versions are indicating?

I think the basic part is the SX is the brighter one, but the two (top and bottom animations) versions are not labeled.

The aim point appears different as well...they don't fall on the same point, and what looked like a lower setting illuminated deeper into the distance on one, etc?

I'm so obsessed with this light, finally a super bright handle carry light that isn't a super expensive polarion. And the strobe at this brightness is bit terrifying.

I think it might be out of my price range though, I'll have to start saving up. Any word on price? Saw someone mention 500 on regular cpf.
