Hi Jason,
Just ordered another E03 and am wondering when the leather holster will be in stock.
Thank you.
WTB: KT-1 and KT-2 Turbo Heads and C3-HA.
I just received another E03 the other day and I'm really liking the newer VLOP(?) reflector. Great improvement. Also, this was my first cool white and the tint is superb.![]()
Awwww, what's in the box???
Couldn't resist and longer....PP sent for a red cool white.

I joined the Xeno club. I got my blue cool white today and I love it. I want to track down the first model now so I can have both.

More E03's shipping out today, thanks!![]()
I got mine recently and wow, I like 'em. I love the beam pattern of the XM-L. I took the advice of others here and put a Fenix PD10 pocket clip on. It's kind of difficult but I managed by placing the light vertical in a vice that was padded (no scratching) and then put some silicon grease around the light where the clip is going and I managed to get the clip on with my fingers. Then I just wiped the grease off after wards. That clip is on pretty tight and it doesn't budge without some effort. Since the clip is on the cap, I was a little worried about twisting the cap off with the clip on but it doesn't rub hard enough on the body to cause any wear.

No. They are all cool white. It kind of makes sense to do it that way. But I like the cool white tint on these. I have another black one that is NW and there is nothing wrong with it but I think CW is my flavor now that I've seen the two.
By the way I did a run time chart on the E03 and not sure this is the place to post it but on medium it was solidly regulated right out to 284 minutes on a freshly charged eneloop................just slightly more efficient than my new Fenix LD12 on medium high and my EagleTac D25A. And some of that might be attributed to the XM-L. Now on high, the output tapers a bit, but I'm sure that is a function of the high output of the light and up against the maximum discharge rate of a 1.5V cell...........just a guess.
maybe selfbuilt's review thread is the place to post the graphs. i got the E03 V3 XML NW and Eneloop@Medium (called "Low-mode") gives on my sample exact 240 minutes (measured by myself!) which was also confirmed by a Polish site ("High-mode").
Several E03's shipped out today, CW Black and Blue are out of stock but I have more that should arrive next week.![]()
Just because I have all that I need and already gave all of my family members one doesn't mean it stops there. I went mushroom hunting with some people and they wanted to know what lights I was using. I showed them the different ones and here's a message I just got:
Hi Bob,
Just wanted to say thanks for tipping us off to the Xeno. They arrived this last week, and they were so cool, but we really didn't get a chance to play with them until yesterday - almost couldn't wait for dusk to try them out. Better yet - my 14500's arrived too - wow! WOW!
The night will never be the same.

I've had mine for a bit over a week now, and love it....especially with 10450's. The two groves on the body make a great place for some good quality glow paint! I charge up both ends...and the middle. When I show it to my wife, I get one of these....I'm not likely to lose this thing in the dark.

Is there ANY way to get a forward clicky into one of these?
newb question. Has anyone tried 14500 primary batteries on the E03 and how does the brightness compare to the rechargeables? They seem to both have the same nominal voltage(3.6-3.7) so would that mean I'll be able to get 490lm when using a primary?
I modified a forward clicky out of a romisen with a dremel for mine. I put some wire in the tailcap for better conection. It works great.
