Not unless you use EMS (very expensive). I only provide the customs barcode number. There are a few countries that use this for tracking like France for example, but most do not.

Yes they fit the SR51's 18650 holder. And I can't really recommend any 4 bay charger. I suppose the Xtar WP6 (6 bay is okay). You can read some reviews on CPF. The Pila 2 bay charger is the best unit on the market right now, as far as the charging method and overall performance and quality.

I have two of the 3100's... both fit perfectly in my SC600. I charge them with my Xtar.
Gotta be impressed by these terrific, well-constructed cells with their awesome capacity!

Would that be the second gen SC600 that you got? I pre-ordered a sc600w and are currently looking for batteries - some have had difficulties with the 3100's but they usually don't say whitch version of the flashlight they got.

I've had my SC600 for several months...no lanyard attachment and no step-down. I hope that answers your question.
