Soo, what stops someone from just making a new account or using an old one?

Scammers will be scammers. I'm new here and trying to figure out how to do busisness with people you just don't know.

Is there some sort of reputation power system, similar to ebay?

Greta, I have a CPF'r that has an expensive charger of mine that he won't return (LENT it to him till I can find another one that I was going to include with a light).
