hello andy, received my fobs tuesday june 2. excellent packing. very pleased with the fobs as they are very bright. very high quality, impressed with the way you polished each one. the reject was a nice touch and performs well. i also like the experimental one made in a small plastic bottle with a cap that screws on. keep up the good work.

For your information and for those others who might be interested...the bottle is actually made of glass. i was a little hesitant using glass, but in my testing so far, I have not had any of the issues crop up that glass might typically have. i've literally thrown some bottles about a dozen times each onto concrete and blacktop in the attempts to shatter them. So far, after about a dozen throws, I've had one develop a hairline crack that ran from the bottom up along one side to somewhere near the cap. That crack would have gone unnoticed but it finally filled with dirt and became slightly visible. There were no sharp edges or shattering, and the glow mix held firm and did not separate from the sides. The caps held firm too, as did the eye screws and swivels (some were made using "60lb. pull" swivels without using screws, which is the way I'd like to go, but I need to source a less expensive supply...currently at 70 cents each).

If you do have any issues in the future with the 'bottle fob", and you feel like sharing it, please do. If you don't wish to share, that's fine too. As I gather more "experience" with these, and they last with no problems, i may put them into production.

Though, for right now, I'm out of "rejects", so I will be inserting a bottle into each outgoing order envelope (until I cull some more rejects from my batches). This will help me with beta testing, and will allow me to continue to put something for free into each package.

Everyone who has posted, asking for fobs has been written down in my order book. I'm trying to fill orders as fast as possible, but I'm starting to run low on certain sizes and colors of fobs again. It seems every time I catch up, I get a huge influx of orders, and I'm behind the eight ball again. I'm making fobs daily, so I don't think I'm too far behind, but I just wanted everyone to know. Have run low on medium green and blue, and jumbos of both colors. I do have some poured and need to finish them. I'm hoping to get everyone's orders done this weekend.

I'm out of "decent" rejects right now. My production yield has been extraordinarily high as of late, so there have been very few rejects. The rejects I do have are actually the short end pieces that are left over after cutting long lengths of filled tubing down to 1.25" pieces. I didn't really have the time to properly finish the rejects due to my concentrating on the"good" fobs, so they are quite rough in appearance, but they do glow, and they are free....

I also found a small stash of the blue/green fobs I made a short while back. These fobs start off almost as bright as the v10 Ultra Green fobs, and then as they discharge, they lose the green and turn blue.
