This all sounds exactly like the MO (method of operation - not money order) of someone here in the past that was making problems and who messed with some people on another board. Anyone here who knows this guys name and location please PM me and I'll let everyone know if it's the same guy. If it is he's a nutcase scammer. In a past case some resolution came about when someone sent LE or a LEO in on it went to his house.

As can be seen above, you had stated in one of your previous posts, and I quote: "Sometime shit happens and it's beyond my own control". Keeping this in mind I have a question or two for you, but first I would just like to refresh your memory a little with some of the earlier happenings in this thread. I am doing this just for your benefit as I can only imagine how difficult it must be for you to try and keep your story straight, as it appears that your truthful explanations of events and what has actually happened, seems to have always mysteriously changed with each and every one of your posts.


Firstly, the following quotes are taken from "flip's" original first post:

1: "On 09-17-08, I receive a PM from Hell Light that states he had received the P60L and that I would be receiving my USPS money order soon".

2: "On 09-29-08, I sent Hell Light a PM telling him that I had not received his money order. He sent a reply stating that he had "sent it on this Saturday" (09-27-08?). I sent back a thank you".

3: "On 10-10-08, I sent Hell Light a PM telling him that I still hadn't received his money order and that it was 1 day shy of 2 weeks since the day he claims it was mailed. I asked him if the money order was lost, could the post office cancel it and reissue a new one. I received no response from him".

Sorry guys about the delay due to the current financial crisis that has slow down my payment process. Just to let you know that both sellers should be getting the payment shortly as what I had promise and of course I will accept any kind of constructive criticism so to make myself a better seller in the near future. When you say that "Sometime shit happens and it's beyond my own control" could you please explain to me when it comes to the many many times and on numerous occasions that you have told the two different sellers that either the goods or the money has already been sent, which bits in particular are "beyond your own control" and the possible reasons that this could be so. Let me have a guess now, must just be some simple post office glitches again, huh! I am just dying to hear your explanation, cause if you ask me I reckon you are full of it. It's bad enough if you don't have the cash, but if that was the case why didn't you just send the stuff straight back to their rightful owners. Even if you don't have the money what's with all the crap, cause as far as I know honesty still costs you nothing. Why don't you just fess up and then immediately do something that is now long overdue, which is pay these two long suffering sellers what you should have paid them nearly two months ago now. I am absolutely sure that they must be so sick of all your lies and excuses and that they would just like this whole ordeal to be well and truly over and far behind them.

I'm also guessing that the reason you actually need all of these lights is because your dishonesty has finally caught up with you and so therefore you can't sleep at night. Meet your obligations and thy conscience will be clear. This is now well beyond a joke!

I don't mean to kick a guy when he is down, but History channel probably should have checked the jeers section...after all that's why the jeers section was created. I do admire him for being kind enough to ship before payment though. Its sad that we even need a jeers section at all....but if its there we should use it.

one thing I would like to see happen is perhaps a sticky at the top of the "for sale" and "for trade" section telling/reminding people to check the Jeers section to see if there is anything pending with a person before you decide to do business with them.

I don't think a forum ban based on bad sales/buying would be implemented.

Partly because it would mean someone in authority would be passing judgement on the situation, and effectively giving out a guilty or not guilty verdict. It's up to us to judge and base our buying/selling on our own discussions.

Also, I don't know, but I would assume that any such ban would be taken to mean the forum owners were in some way connected to the sales, and therefore in some way (possibly) partly liable for any problems.

That's one reason why I don't buy from anyone with a very low post count. It could just be a new guy wishing to sell something in good faith. Could also be a member who pissed his good reputation away, and is now coming back as some unknown dude with a clean slate. And it just could be a newbie wishing to cheat folks.

I don't buy from anyone without an established reputation on here or on CPF. Won't totally eliminate my chances of getting ripped off, but it does lower the odds in my favor.
