The 1st half of 2011, we are busy to prepare new circuits and tooling investment.
All the effort will be put into new models and then release by the next half.

May I make a suggestion?

I was wondering, what could lumapower do that is new? Maybe drop ins for the surefires I thought but then I had another idea. You mention that you are preparing new circuits.
Have you guys considered making parts for people who mod and build flashlights? I wanted to mod an old flashlight to a new xm-l light but the only drivers I can find are cheap no brand parts on deal extreme.

I don't know if there is a real market for this type of stuff but maybe this is something Lumapower might look into? I just modded my old Q2 MRV to a XP-g R5 and it made a huge difference.

That is true, but I don't think you would need to offer a warranty on things like drivers. Maybe as long as they work out of the box that is fine. I don't think there are warranties on a lot of the do it yourself parts.

Construction updates and upgrades to IncenDio V3+.
The circuit setting remains unchange.

1st : Removable Circuit retainer upgrade.
- More easy to upgrade driver in the future.

2nd : Add Brass contact between circuit and battery tube which means better heat management and electrical conductivity.

3rd : All new reflector design to improve beam profile.

4th : Improvement on tail switch construction, which improves the ability of water resistance.

5th : Add mechanical reverse polarity protection to protect driver circuit (without power loss).

I am a little annoyed with the upgrade package for the MVP. Why make the construction on the MVP-P7 modular, with the entire LED module easily removable and replaceable if you're never going to release an upgrade module? Seems like a waste of engineering resources.
