This is a package deal consisting of:

1. Razr V220 (GSM-AT&T).....well used in perfect working order, perfect backup phone or extra battery

2. Razr V3 (GSM-AT&T)....lightly used in excellent condition

3. OEM wall chargers....one new, one used, both work

4. Car chargers, one new, one used, both work

5. Energizer battery backup/emergency charger...used once

I also have both manuals and the V3 box. I upgraded to the iPhone, so no longer have a use for this stuff. Upgrade your cell to the Razr and save a bundle!!!!!
