Please do not send anymore Pay pals, I believe I have collected more then what I am going to spend by about 30 dollars. I still need to FedEx several documents but at this time I think everything is more then covered.

I’m not comfortable posting people’s real names publicly but I want to acknowledge each pay pal I received so I am posting the unique transaction number for each transaction. (I assume they are the same for the buyer and seller) If you do not see your Pay pal unique transaction number in this list then there could be a problem.

I only got the email saying you accepted my paypal on Mar 19 but haven't got one today yet.

I have never received funds through Paypal so I don't know off hand what the fees are. I assume its a percentage of the credit card transaction right? If I need to send more to make it an even $20 I can.

Let me repeat, please do not send any more PP. Looks like I have collected 529.11 and this is more then I am going to spend. (I hope)

You can check to see if I received your Paypal by finding the last part of your email listed below and checking the time you sent it. The next letter after PDT should be the first letter of your first name. Again I don’t want to post personal information.

    Thanks again

    Thanks guys

If the money is not spent then I will offer the money back to who ever wants it. If no one wants the money then I will donate it to the CPF in the name of the group. I don't want to profit off this I just want to settle this and move on. I’m not sure what expenses may pop up in the future, I know there is going to be more FedEx cost but I’m not sure how much. I’m sure there will be other documents that will need to be signed and mailed if this goes the legal route so I don’t anticipate there being much left over. This could be a long road or a real short road depending on what Chris feels she can accomplish. The feeling I get from Chris is she will pursue this if it makes sense to do so. She has a lot to gain relatively speaking which is how I negotiated the deal so I think she will take a hard look at this but if she decides it’s not worth her time knowing she will get 50 percent of the marker then I will respect her judgment. We now have a advocate who knows the people and the system and will make a unbiased decision on what is practical so I’m not sure we can ask for much more then that. At the very least Doug will be contacted by Chris and his credit trashed if he won't start paying us back

Anyone else tracking the check I sent (tracking # 842352762917)? For what we paid I would have thought FedEx would have delivered by now.

    FYI Email sent

    Hi Chris

Just FYI info on the check I sent you.

I'm not sure if FedEx has tried to deliver your check or not but it arrived in West North Bey last Thursday. Please confirm when you have the check. I will also FedEX you the documentation after you review an OK. It cost about 25 US dollars to send the check so I'm sure it will be the same for the documentation so I want to make sure what I send you meets with your approval.

    Thanks again Chris!!

I know you said not to send any more Paypals, but I committed to do so. Please use my $25 to continue your efforts on behalf of all of us. If you don't need it, please donate to CPF.

And many thanks again for all of your hard work!

    Thanks.

Please guys, no more PP. The problem is when I return or donate the funds we are going to take a hit on the PP fees again. Lets see what happens. I should talk to Chris in the morning sometime and will update late in the afternoon.

    Not a lot to update,

I did call and talked to Chris’s receptionist, the main concern I had at the time was Fed EX was showing the package with our check not being delivered and hadn’t moved in four days. FedEx was showing a different address on the package other then what was on the receipt I received from Pony Express (FedEx Dealer) but FedEx wouldn’t change the shipping address unless I went to Pony Express and requested them to call and make the changes. Long story short Chris received the check this afternoon.

So the next step is to UPS the documents after Chris OKs everything. I’m not sure if she will make some calls first to see what direction this is going then prepare documentation or just tell me to send the documents as is. I will update as things change.
