Refund requested about March 1, 2007. Andrew's response:
"believe me i understand. There is no pool of money with which to immediately refund or i'd grant your request immediately even though i really don't have any sort of a refund guarantee as the nano is an experimental project even if people were unaware of this getting in.
I have a queue and your name will be added."

Now, I can be very patient, but people aren't supposed to be "experimenting" with other people's money when product was ordered and expected to be delivered and communication should be kept open from the seller. (Andrew).

I believe Nuggett changed his mind to a 3300 pack but I don't know where his XTN-GR is now ? Other changes may have happened of which I am unaware.

I would expect AWR to send these out to their owners if requested by them . . . I will cover USPS costs as needed.

I have not heard of any 4800 packs being delivered as I think Nuggett was meant to get the first for evaluation purposes. There have been no posts of any 4800 arrivals/evaluations yet as far as I know. Hopefully Andrew will get it all together soon and all will be well . . .

Hi Pete, I think nuggett did get a 4800mah pack to field test but AWR forgot to send the tailcup with it....so.... nuggett did a hack to get it to work without the tailcup but it worked for like 40 min. and then something happened to the driver and it stopped working.

At least I had you ship my XTN to me, so I at least have that.

As far as Andrew getting it together.................

Thanks for doing this. I think maybe the response has been poor because everyone is so discouraged and depressed by the whole situation. Some of us just find it better to ignore and forget about it. But the right thing is to pursue this and force Andrew to stop making false promises and to make sure he is eliminated from CPF. His flashlight days here are over.

There has been an interesting development in the TacticalCandle situation. According to posts in the Sig Forum, it seems that George Tsai - aka TacticalCandle was arrested. This took place 05/25/07. If we get enough response, and the Racine PD will persue it maybe we will get some resolution.

Wow, that is great they took care of George Tsai. Sounds like it was very similar to what we have experienced with Andrew--take the money and provide no products and issue no refunds.

Let me know if I can do anything to expedite the handling of this case with Andrew. I can make calls or do any other grunt work that may be needed.
