Mike,
I am glad you started this list.
Andrew still owes me one Nano, it was paid on 6/25/2005
(PP ID # 77P18714B29728123) Date = 6/25/2005 $113.00 and
(PP ID #96H55968VL5999618) Date = 4/18/2005 $16 for LED Upgrade.
Total = $129.00
There is no communication from Andrew, no response, no product delivery, abundance of empty promises, and then he proceeds with starting many projects and repeats the cycle.
The irreversible damage to his reputation is done, and I think he should have weighted the true cost of his actions or lack of. The cost of destroying his reputation for few thousands of $$$, and leaving so many CPF members hanging dry is extremely high. I hope he believes in Karma and eventually the law or his conscience will catch up with him.

July 25, 2006 Payment To Andrew Wynn Rouse $22.50 USD
May 15, 2006 Payment To Andrew Wynn Rouse $125.00 USD
I am now convinced that the HDM6 and charger I paid for will never come. I was one of the very few supporters of AWR but, now that even the promises have stopped coming, it seems like I/WE have been cheated.
I would join whatever legal action you folks are contemplating. It's one thing to be late, even REALLY late. It's quite another to take money and disappear.
Let me know what we need to do.

I just paid AW $46.50 thru Paypal on June 7th.
I'll double check tonight, but I believe he emailed me that a package was sent

It might not be a bad idea for AW to make some sort of change in designation. Any confusion between AW and AWR from a few people could possibly have an impact on AW's business or reputation. Just a thought. Take care... Quinn

What else can we do at this point, MikeF? Would email/call/letter/etc to the Racine PD or anybody else help out??

Hey Mike,
I sent a Paypal payment of $120 to Andrew Rouse back on 1/21/05 & STILL haven't received anything as of 6/28/07. My last contact with Andrew was via email on 3/2/07 and this was his response:
"thanks for the email.. we are getting very very close to shipping i have a handful done already just need to get the chargers made for them (very quick process) and start boxing and shipping. looks like you are #16 in the list so i'm betting your light is operational within a week. give another week for administrative mess and you should finally get your light! -awr On Mar 2, 2007, at 12:01 PM"
Thank you for taking the time & effort to resolve this mess, it's much appreciated. If you need anything else from me just let me know.
Thanks,
Ron

Can somebody give me an update of what's going on, via PM?? Apparently some foul language or something is keeping me from viewing the pages..
Has anyone received anything recently?
Wow. I remember all the threads from a long time ago. I thought the prices were pretty cheap for a custom light even back then. I guess it was too good to be true. I didn't realized that nobody got theirs. That's probably why there was never a review for it.
I hope you guys your money back and some justice is served.
AWR shipped about 80 nanos to customers before switching to "production mode" (his term) a year or two ago. Since then he has shipped a small number of lights (5 or 10?) and done some warranty repairs. But there still are about 70+ nanos that need to be shipped plus his other projects he started up.
So "nobody got theirs" isn't correct, but AWR does still owe people thousands of dollars worth of products or refunds.

I really wanted my product, but right now I'd be happy with a refund. Over $200 is a lot of money and will buy me a lot of batteries.
Feb 7, 2005: Ordered Package 2 + upgraded emitter + 240v charger - $145
