FOLKS, THE ADMINISTRATOR DECIDED TO COMBINE ALL MY OLD THREADS INTO A SINGLE THREAD SO THIS IS A BIT LONG. SUCH IS LIFE...
ANYWAY, HERE ARE SOME FOLDERS FOR SALE:
------------------------------------------------------------------
Terry Davis Jumpmaster
here's a very rare knife: made by one of the finest Multiblade Folder makers in the world (and in fact, he actually did write the book on the subject!!!). this was made before he became famous for those perfect slip-joint models he now makes.
he produced a couple dozen of these in the early 90's for a custom knife shop in the pacific northwest. most were made with a serrated edge. terry told me he only made a handful of them with a plain edge, all of which were special order items.
knife has a 3 1/4" ATS-34 steel blade, black micarta scales and fits my hand like a glove. this is serial number 009.
here's the original ad for this series:
knife was well used when i found it. i returned it to terry to have him tighten it up and re-polish the blade. he decided to leave the scales in it's "used" condition 'cause he likes them that way. he says it adds character and "feel", which makes them more "real" (and i suspect he's right). i haven't cut a thing with it since! it's very smooth and sharp.
Price is $285 (non-cc paypal please) which includes shipping to lower 48 (conus) via USPS Priority with Delivery Conf.
