Pretty much all dealers will have access to this 5th year anniversary special. It'll take some time for orders to get in and for them to get it into their hands - but it won't be long :) Check with your favorite Olight dealer for an ETA.
Official dealers on CPF batteryjunction and goinggear should have them soon.

Yes, it will be $30 when purchased at the same time as a new SR90/91/92.
