View Full Version : Anybody ordered from LumensFactory store in HK?

Hopefully this is an OK place to put this topic.

Has anybody ordered from the Lumens Factory store website? I searched both CPF proper, and the marketplace and couldn't find a single topic on it (or I'm just blind).

They're based in Hong Kong, and seem to ship by Hong Kong Post for extremely cheap (just like places like DX and KD). I figure it'll take the 2-6 weeks to get here but they were the only store with the Seraph C>M Adapter I need to fit my KT4 head on my Surefire C2 so I was out of options (and LightHound has been out of stock on it for weeks every time I look).

They are a much better and faster operation than DX or KD. At least the same service as AW from my experience. Very reputable. No worries here.

Same experience here definitely not to be compared to DX or KD, excellent people to deal with.

Glad to hear it. Are you both talking about their online store, or orders placed through their rep on these forums? (I don't know if they're the same exact unit or not).

If you're talking about the online store like I am, approximately how long did it take for you to receive your order?

I've purchased from their online store several times, goods arrived here in Australia in just over a week.

I got my LF P7 Head and C-M Adapter from there
arrived at my door in Australia in about 10 days

Agreed LF are excellent to deal with. Ordering through their website (http://www.lumensfactory.com/cart.php) works very well, and a number of CPF Authorised Dealers also stock LF products.
