Hey Wayne
I loaned my Blaster II to a cop buddy of
mine to "test drive" (he had to pry it from my hands)

so you may be getting an order from him
after his duty is up this weekend

he looked at your site (pretty smart thinking putting your
site info on the tail cap hehe) and was really
excited about your 5 watt model....
well time will tell how he likes it /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I on the other hand will count the hours
untill my Blasters return /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon23.gif

I have not got around to show my flashlights to any police yet. I have planned on it, but have not done so. Thanks for lending your Blaster out to a policeman. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I told him about the "big head" version
mine is not........

Edude -

Really, the "big giant head" comment was aimed at the Master Blaster. However, a few weeks ago someone posted that they had a LEO like metal ring holster that held "slim head" blasters. I didn't persue them but now I wish I had.

It was good of you to loan your light to a COP. WTG! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif

I found a Mag-Holder at a nearby LEO store that fits the slim head Blasters perfectly. I'm sorry, but I threw the packaging away, so I can't properly identify the brand. It was one of the cheaper ones, however. If I remember right, I think it cost $8.95. It has a plastic ring, but no snaps.

There ya go. If B@rt is watching I'll bet he'll be able to figure out who makes it. Thanks, Bucken.

You seem to be pretty confident about me... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon15.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif

No such luck this time though. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon23.gif I found one that looks almost the same, but it's for a Stinger.

Not owning a Blaster or Stinger /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mecry.gif ,I don't know if it will fit. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon3.gif

Looks like it to me also but maybe smaller ID?

I spotted this leather one made by Magl!te at Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000056BMW//ref=pm_dp_ln_hi_3/002-1839449-1204850?v=glance&s=hi&vi=accessories&me=ATVPDKIKX0 DER) for $6.79.

Just be aware... The LEO store that I purchased my Blaster holder from had MANY different ones from various manufacturers. They all pretty much LOOKED the same, but only the ONE would fit the Blaster. The Blaster Head would just slip right through the others. If I get a chance, I will try to call the store later this morning, and get some infrmation on the one that fits.

Thanks again. I'll bet the one I posted above would be too big.

Hey Wayne

MY blaster came home /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Here is what my crime fighting friend had to say

Brightness of the light /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif
"When we used it in a compleatly dark room it seemed to make the whole room glow compaired to the M#$lite"

Focus /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsdown.gif
The caped crucaders said they would like focusibility
like the M#$lite

Recharger ring /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/help.gif
The crime fighters like the flexibility of having the charger in their cars. Possibly a future option ?

Lamp Life /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif
"The durability of the "lamp" and the life of the "lamp" really impressed the men"
"we really abused the flashlight and it still worked"
(I cringed when he told me this as my faithful Blaster did come back from it's tour of duty with some new scars but shining bright as ever... Edude)

Brightness /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif
"Brighter than my M#!lite with more spill over (his words
flood) and a bright spot in the middle"

Knurling /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon3.gif
Prefered the M#!lite but this is his standard to compare with...

Color /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsdown.gif
The loaner was a gold one not much for tactical purpuses.... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Little head /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsdown.gif
Already looked at the "big head" model on ur site
as the loaner was a "small head" /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif
