According to DX, a pair of Ultrafire 17670 cells would be an even trade for the 4 Ultrafire RCR123 cells.

Most folks that I am aware of who use protected 17670 cells, use the ones from AW.

The value of a single AW 17670 is more than all 4 of your Ultrafire RCR123 cells.
