Some special services we can offer.
1. Change the output modes. Now we have maximum 9 modes for our flashlights. Customers can customize the output mode although they only buy one flashlight. For example, some people do not like Strobe and SOS. Then we can delete the mode for them. And we can make 3 levels, 5 levels, and 7levels for different users. This service is free.
2. Customers can also customize the logo or printing on the torch. For example, we can print their name, photo, favorite verse or other things on the torch. This service is not for free.
3. Customers can also customize the color, battery/length, emitter and reflector.

Can you describe the procedure for switching between the 2 modes? Is it all done by clicking the tail switch, or do you use a head twist?

We have two flashlights which twist for adjusting brightness. But the led is Q2. Because the lights use AA or CR123 battery and if we use p7/mce, the running time is short.
Please check the following URL:

Also we can put the logo on the torch as you wish.

It is all done by clicking. No tail or head twist.
In normal, the flashlights are five levels:low, normal, high, strobe, stand by. We call it"normal mode".
Change the level to "low light", then press the button to close. Wait 3 seconds, then press to open. At this time, the level is "dim light". and the flashlight is in the "professional mode". You can change the levels to low, normal, high, super high, strobe, normal light SOS, high light SOS, stand by.

Regarding the PF-15 model...why have you mentioned 'precision optical system' as long as the flashlight figures a common OP reflector ?

Although it is an common OP reflector, we make many effort to ensure the beamshot is better. We make the reflector ourselves.

Can you configure the light for 3 levels and no memory?
So every time I turn on the light, it always comes on in Super (245 lumens). Then If I tap the switch, it will cycle to Normal (150 Lumens), Dim (26 lumens), and back to Super (245 lumens), etc.
And if the light is turned off more than 1 second, it will come back on in Super (245 lumens).

Any one received and tried their MrLite Flashlights, I received my Vanguard today, wanted to check with other forum members, if they have similar issues or mine is a one-off case.
My concerns are
1. Overall brightness doesn't seem to be as rated at 245Lumens. I had taken the CREE Q5, comparing against a Fenix L2D CE, rated at 160~ Lumens (ordinary one, not the Premium CREE Q5). Fenix seems much brighter, the beam is more even and less artifacts in the spill.
2. Might be an issue with programming, my light was supposed to start everytime at High and then gradually reduce to Medium, Low, Strobe (High) and SOS (High). Sometimes, when I switch On, the Light starts at High, but then suddenly goes to strobe (low) and gradually dies down.
Please let me know, if you any of you folks have similar concerns. I have checked with Mr. Richard. His explanation was not satisfactory for
1 - (re-charge your battery)
2 - Send a Video (I dont have a Video Camera right now.)
Also, the supplied charger for the 18650 is one of the weirdest I have ever seen. This is my first experience with 18650 , so i dont have much idea about this. But when i plug in the charger (two battery bays), without the batteries, one is glowing green, one is glowing red. i have asked Mr. Richard for instructions, Let me see, how it works out.
Its like a puzzle to me, which one to use for charging, I am no Mel Gibson from Lethal Weapon to defuse the bomb.
