Great cpu pulled from working Gateway system. Intel Pentium 4 2.6Ghz 800mhz fsb Socket 478 512k Northwood core cpu. Any questions? Send me a pm, happy to answer. Great cheap upgrade for an older system running a slower CPU. Or if you plan to build a net machine on the cheap. Works on systems that WILL NOT accept a Prescott cpu. Many out there (I own one). Yep that's a kitty in the background. :)
$19 shipped in the USA.

What's the CPU ID on the chip? It should be a string of characters like SL6WH. Also, does it come with the heatsink and fan? Thanks.

I don't remember, I already have it packaged up. But it's either SL6WH or SL6WS. I don't see any difference between the two chips on Intel's site. No heatsink or fan.

I just opened up the packaging and unwrapped the cpu to check, looks like SL6WH. It was the OEM processor from a Gateway E4100.
