I've got a few R2 WG Bin XR-Es here available for immediate shipment, cost is $10 each in any quantity. All LEDs will ship via USPS First Class Mail domestically and the shipping cost is $3. International Orders will ship via USPS International Express Mail and cost $30 to ship.

Hey Folks,

I just reread the thread title and it seems I made a large typo. D'oh! The price was supposed to be $10 per LED. I've refunded the price difference to everyone who has placed an order so far.

Sorry about that! All LEDs ordered to date went out this afternoon.

Also, folks, several of you have not included the information in your payment that I requested be put in with your PayPal payment in the first post. If you do not provide that information I either have to go through the hassle of calculating the number of LEDs by the amount sent over, or search my e-mail, PMs, and here in hopes to find it there. Please just include the information needed, it makes shipping for both me and you a lot faster. :)

Are these bare emitters or are they mounted on a MCPCB?
Just to be clear, for export orders, is the cost is 10$ per LED + 14$ shipping?

HumanLumen: They're bare LEDs - the only way they're offered from CREE, and I have not had them specially mounted. You are correct on pricing. :)

It has just been brought to my attention that this doesn't really qualify as a "Group Buy" as per our current definition (http://www.cpfmarketplace.com/mp/announcement.php?f=37). This would likely be better suited in a different area. I don't want to mess up any loose ends here, so will leave this running until we can figure out what's best.

This will need a limit/end, and a bit more clarity on how it is a "group buy."

All LEDs to date have now shipped, you all should be receiving them later this week. :)

The US Postal Service, in all of its wisdom, has decided to disallow the use of the standard label I use for International Priority Mail shipping. As such, all international orders I received up to now got upgraded to Express Mail at my expense. What this means is that from now on I will only be able to ship packages via Express Mail instead of the Priority I've been using for all this time, which will cost $30. It's frustrating to me to have to do this, but since the USPS changed its policies I would now have to go wait in line to get a customs form stamped by a teller instead of being able to just drive over and drop them in the box outside the post office. :ohgeez: Outside of the lines there, the tellers are rather bad here and have an affinity for making what should be a 5 minute trip take 30-60 minutes while they verify that my postage was, in fact, correct (which, of course, it always is, I've shipped several hundreds packages over the past few years), ask many questions, and make every effort to accept a pre-paid package as slowly as possible...

Point is, I'm sorry folks, the system had been working nicely for a good long while but I guess that if something works, it certainly can't be left as such for long and must be replaced with something "different". :(
