CPF / Marketplace / Underground Outages?

For the past several days, I have received browser timeouts on all three sites - with a duration of 3 - 10 minutes. No error messages from the board such as the old "Server too busy". Just no web pages and Firefox eventually times out.

Each time, I verify that my connectivity here is good, and it is.

Anyone know what is going on?

No idea what the cause is, but I've been getting the same thing.

What surprises me, is that the "underground" seems to be on the same server or connection as CPF and CPFM - leaving no place to communicate during an outage. I say this because they all seem to be inaccessible concurrently.
