Wow, great job on stats there LL.
Assuming you did that in a spread sheet or data base, I would be curious if sorted by owner what the #'s look like.
Actually I think it would just make me feel better knowing that others are afflicted worst than I. :poke:
Really, that took some effort..

I count 627 flashlights in the list. With the highest serial number listed being 4540 we have roughly 14% of the serial numbers represented in this list. That is rather impressive.

Thank you for your appreciation. When Blazer saw that he would not be able to update the list he started on a daily basis, I offered to help him. As it turned out, it was initially hard setting up the columns which required the use of a fixed width font such as Courier New. After that, it was a matter of just adding new owners. Not a hard task at all. The organization of numbers was done manually, but the list was short when I took it over from Blazer.
You should feel very good that CPF member indiglo sold a collection of twenty HDS lights and accessories to another member. Without consulting the list, I am sure that he has more HDS lights than any other listed member. He is the "worst afflicted" HDS owner! :grin2:
I have been discussing with another member starting another list when Henry makes his new lights available to us. It will be easy to format the list from scratch, rather than do so when light owners are reporting into the thread at a fast and furious rate of speed!
What do you think of that, Henry? Just like in the good old days, huh?

I hope that your next generation of lights will exceed that total number. Now that the world knows of your lights, mostly through forums like CPF, EDCForums and Flashlight-Forums, I am sure that your sales will increase on a global level.
Don't let me keep you any longer reading my gibberish. You have a lot of work to do getting us our lights by October. Good luck meeting that projected date.

I just sold U60 #4314 to another CPF member. I don't know if that person wants his ownership identified, so I'll leave it at that. I still have U60 #4318 in my collection, luckily. I'll think about selling it after I receive my Novatac 120's.

Now that the world knows of your lights, mostly through forums like CPF, EDCForums and Flashlight-Forums,.... When within a group, people tend to confuse it with the whole world. I know quite a lot of HDS light owners and almost none of them is in any of these forums, most of them do not even know about these.

I stand corrected. I made a bad assumption. I am happy that many others have reaped the rewards of HDS light ownership.

Ken,
Man, you really dressed up your light "to the nines!' You wanted a CREE, realized that the stock HDS reflector would not properly focus the emitter, got a Q3 OP reflector and then topped it off with the means to see your light in pitch black darkness for another twelve years! I am impressed by your attention to detail. Enjoy!

While I was minding my own business and not bothering anyone, CFU mugged me and robbed me of some cash. As he was making his getaway, he began throwing objects at me and attempted to hit me with his B42XRGT. Lucky for me, I was able to catch and retrieve it. He may have gotten away with my wallet and the money, but I have his light. Too bad he didn't throw that 18650 tube at me also.
At least this is the story I told my wife and I'm sticking to it.
(If my attempt at humor fails for anyone, please be aware that I willfully and happily purchased the light from CFU.)
