View Full Version : Surefire e-mail response time?

How long do you guys usualy wait before you get a e-mail response from surefire? I e-mailed them about a Problem with a G2 tailcap over a week ago and still no response. I have always got a response within 2 days before when dealing with them. I also e-mailed them asking some technical specs for some lamps over 1 month ago and still no response to that one either. Are they just really busy?

It varies from a couple of days to many weeks.

Same here. Sent a complaint about some iffy P9x lamp modues I`d just recieved last friday, no response as yet so I sent a friendly reminder just now. Wonder how many more I`ll have to send? Hopefuly none.
It wasn`t like this when the SFDB was still around. Someone would post about a non-conforming part and Steve Ryan would jump on it within minutes and have a replacement sent out the same day!
I worry about them, I really do....

thats a pretty big differnce images/icons/smile.gif i guess i can wait, the G2 tailcap will be a spare anyways since i fixed the G2 problem anyways(if you call buying a A19, P90 and using a M2 tailcap fixing it lol).

I recently got an email reply after over a week of waiting. I sent a followup email and eventually got replies from 2 different people.
