In an effort to prove this as a feasible and beneficial forum, please READ the following "Policies of Cheers'N'Jeers". These policies may be refined and modified over time as seen fit to better the CPF community. The policies are in place to benefit everyone (members, administrators, and moderators alike). Due to its very nature of affecting people's and company's reputations (and livelihoods), the CNJ Forum is regulated and moderated to a greater extent than the other sub-forums of CPF. It is my hope that CNJ is providing a valuable resource to the CPF Community. Of course, member's presence here in this particular sub-forum of CPF is entirely voluntary.

1. KEEP IT CIVIL.

Pretend you're in a Court of Law. If its not acceptable there, its not acceptable here. Foul language and name calling will not be accepted.

2. TRY AND WORK IT OUT FIRST!

Bad experiences happen for a variety of reasons; personalities, personal problems, circumstances beyond people's control etc. If after repeated attempts beyond what would be expected of a "reasonable" person, you still haven't had good results in a transaction, then post your experience here.

3. DO NOT POST ANY UNAUTHORIZED CORRESPONDENCE OR PERSONAL INFORMATION HERE.

Emails, PM's, real names, addresses and personal phone numbers are inherently private. If you don't have permission, don't quote or post (in part or whole) any of them here without explicit permission. (There are some instances where certain personal information may be posted without permission from the other party involved. Those instances are rare and they must be approved by a member of the CPF staff before being posted.)

4. DO NOT ACCUSE ANYONE OF FRAUD

The rules in a Court of Law are very stringent on the burden of proof for claims of "Fraud". They are even more stringent here: DO NOT ACCUSE ANYONE or ANY VENDOR OF IT. Save it for your real-world lawsuit. This is not the venue for claims of "Fraud".

5. WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Any/all posters here, by the act of posting, agree to hold harmless Sasha/Greta and all Administrators and Moderators for any harm (real or claimed) resultant from any/all posts within the Feedback Forum.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF MODERATION

Any/all posters here, by the act of posting, agree in advance to the possibility of having their posts edited, moderated, and/or deleted as seen fit (arbitrarily) by the CPF Forum owner and/or Moderators.

7. AVOID NEGATIVE ADVISEMENT TO OTHERS

Negative statements such as "Do Not Buy From...", "Avoid...", "Stay Away From..." are not acceptable here in Cheers'N'Jeers. You can state the facts: dates, the original agreement and breach thereof, money sent/received, condition of goods received (or no receipt), etc.

You can state that, "I won't do business with .... ever again" (operative word being "I").

You can voice your own disappointment, frustration, dislike, etc. No one is preventing you from giving your opinion. Just avoid vulgarity and falsehoods.

It is very easy to post negative experience without violating any of the CNJ Policies.

BOTTOM LINE: Intelligent folks will easily be able to decide for themselves whether or not to do business with any unethical miscreant. THIS POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
